Brian, Nora, Nanci, Susan and Jane came from near and far for a birding tour of the Lil Amazon. The Bald Eagle showed right up to lead the way, the Limpkins, Little Blues & Great Blue Herons and Great Egrets were out hunting and fishing, the proud Purple Gallinule parents showed off their new baby to us and the Anhingas, Ospreys, Ibis, Common Yellowthroats and others continued to color our day. October 30th proved to be a great day on the river.
